While Chevrolet is coming out with a fully redesigned Traverse for 2024, it’s going to keep the current generation of the midsize SUV around as the Traverse Limited. The Traverse Limited is expected to have the same features, design, and powertrain as the 2023 Traverse and, thanks to order guide data, the same MSRP.

According to order guide data, the 2024 Chevrolet Traverse Limited will have the same MSRP as the 2023 model. That should mean that the midsize SUV will continue to range from $35,915 to $53,395 with destination. Chevy hasn’t announced pricing for the 2024 Traverse yet, but we expect the 2024 Traverse Limited to be far more affordable than the fully redesigned model.

Additionally, a dealer incentive bulletin reveals that General Motors already has a discount in place for the 2024 Traverse Limited. The automaker has a $1,000 discount in place on the SUV. That means shoppers could get the 2024 Traverse Limited for as little as $34,915. The discount, on top of the Traverse Limited’s lower starting price tag, could be a good reason for shoppers to stop waiting for the arrival of the 2024 Traverse.

We don’t have official pricing for the 2024 Traverse yet, but the midsize SUV will reportedly start at $38,995. If that price turns out to be true, that would make the 2024 Traverse Limited $3,080 cheaper. Add in the new discount, and shoppers are looking at saving roughly $4,000 by going with the Traverse Limited. At the top of the range, the Traverse could cost as much as $55,595 for the RS trim, which would represent an increase of $9,155 from the Traverse Limited RS.
